Any person who files a corporation or other entity with the Secretary of State or as a foreign entity who desires to register in Nevada as an existing corporation or entity must appoint or designate a Resident Agent. This Resident Agent must resides or be located in Nevada, for that filing. The Resident Agent must have a valid and verifiable street address, not a post office box, for the service of process. The Resident Agent must certify within the Articles of Incorporation they are accepting the position and duties. The Resident Agent must maintain certain corporate documentation within their premises, for the corporation in which they have accepted the duties and responsibility for becoming a Resident Agent.
BCN is Resident Agent for many Nevada corporations, and other corporations or entities whom have registered in Nevada. We provide this service to many clients, especially those from out of state, or for those whom are not sure how long they may reside at or maintain a Nevada street address. The Resident Agent will receive the required annual filings, on behalf of the corporation, and if these annual filings are not returned by their due date penalties will accrue and the possibility of revocation may arise.
