Convention Service Businesses

All businesses operating in unincorporated areas of Clark County, such as operating at the Las Vegas Convention Center and most major Convention Facilities, are required to obtain a license to conduct business from the Clark County Business License Department. The License fees are based on the type of goods or services, which will be provided at the Convention Facility. If you are an “Out of State” corporation or other “entity”, other registrations may be required prior to applying for your convention services license, which may include registration with the Secretary of State, appointment of a Resident Agent, and the obtaining of a State Business License.

BCN enjoys it’s relationship with local Convention Centers and Convention Center Authorities and we are pleased we have earned their trust and respect, and as a result, become the “preferred source” to handle the required convention licensing.
